1. Automatic Vent Damper
Standard on all A.F.U.E. Certified SUPER HOT boilers. Reduces off-cycle heat loss and conserves energy.

2. Draft Hood c/w Blocked Vent Safety Switch
Low profile. Common for both natural and propane gas. Exhausts flue gases through chimney.

3. Circulator
Can be supplied, factory mounted and wired on a cast iron pump adapter. Cast iron pump adapter has a tapping designed to accept a dial type thermometer.

4. High Grade Stainless Steel Burners
Scientifically designed for efficient and quiet operation. Burner drawer slides out allowing easy access to burner and pilot for inspection and service.

5. Combination Gas Valve
Insures safe lighting and 100% shut off in case of flame failure.

6. Steel Fin-Tube Heat Exchanger
To maximize the heat transfer surface our unique double pass design uses 1/2" fin spirally and continuously welded on 2” O.D. SA 178A, industrial steel boiler tube.

7. Temperature/Pressure Gauge
Factory installed gauge indicates operating temperature and pressure of the boiler.

8. Dual Temperature Limit Control
Directly immersed sensor maintains boiler temperature and automatically shuts off gas flow when the operating temperature is reached. The high limit is a backup safety shut off feature.

9. Attractively Finished
In our state of the art paint line.

10. Full doors are included on all boilers up to SG270. Control panel doors are supplied as standard on all boilers SG315 and over.
